- MGmani gill2 days ago1.0Got a watch as a gift, didn't return when I went to return the watch, said I took the film off, I was surprised as I never wear it even once, i was schocked couldn't figure out what happened, i left thought film might fell in transportation But that was not the case as I went to the watch repair shop today to adjust it, they confirmed that film is on and took it off in front of my eyes, so now I feel like I was just lied.

So I went to the store on Dec 05 to buy a jacket as a gift to my friend and I asked the staff clearly whether if he does not like can we return or exchange the JACKET if my friend didn’t like it and they said YES. CONDITION was jacket must not be in damaged condition plus have all the TAGS and BILL. But when, I gifted it to my friend he does not like the style of the jacket. so we went to the store next day immediately to exchange it and we sent alot of time to find a new one but unfortunately the size was out of order. So we asked to do a refund but the staff completely denied to give any refund as they said it was not in a good condition but my friend literally wore it just to try but still they didn’t do any refund. Even sales manager started arguing with us and said he will not even exchange it neither refund, then we call for General manager of store and she also said she will not refund, she only gave one option of add the 481.6 dollars into my Armani exchange account. But now i don't want to buy anything after this kind of customer service from armani, so i request customer care to contact me and i want my money back as refund not credit in Armani exchange account.
