- DKD KFeb 13, 20261.0UPDATE: I found out they charged me for the price without the $5 voucher after I checked my statement. I did not get an emailed receipt like I usually do either. Plus I have minus 530 points on my AE account, which doesn’t make any sense if I never got the discount in the first place. Original post: I second the previous comments that talk about rude staff. Perhaps a retraining is in order.. It’s my first time using the $5 off voucher and I thought I didn’t have time to shop so I reserved something online. This evening, I went to pick it up but realized it wasn’t the fit I wanted so I got something else to exchange it with. I forgot to mention that I used the voucher so the girl at the cashier said it’s already been used even though I didn’t purchase the previous item yet. She asked the manager and he responded in a very huffy tone like he was annoyed and said that it’s a one time honour but that can only be used once. I mentioned to the cashier that I haven’t used this before so I wasn’t aware and then for a 2nd time again, she told me that it’s supposed to be used once with an attitude. I honestly felt like a school girl being scolded on a policy I’m not aware of breaking. Super uncomfortable..

I haven't had a pair of jeans that I love in many years and it's thanks to this team that I finally got two! I wish I knew the names of the lovely associates who helped me but I wanted to shout out cashier CM7853 (as indicated on my receipt :) I hope she gets her kudos. Thanks a lot!
