I haven't had a pair of jeans that I love in many years and it's thanks to this team that I finally got two! I wish I knew the names of the lovely associates who helped me but I wanted to shout out cashier CM7853 (as indicated on my receipt :) I hope she gets her kudos. Thanks a lot!

I had reached out to said employee for help finding a larger size for jeans, I had mentioned that I had mistakenly bought a size 2 pair of jeans when I’m a size 6. She did help me correct my mistake, however, while I continued to browse the store I over heard Clara and another employee, Chinese with curly hair, laughing and saying “that’s (gesturing towards me) the lady that bought a size 2 on “accident” then asked me for a size 6, I can’t lie she’s more of a size 8”. Never have I ever been so disrespected and disgusted during a shopping experience. I hope management takes action and FIRES her. Until action is taken towards her and the other employee, I will never shop at American Eagle ever again.

She went of her way to help my mom find a pair of jeans, she was so patient and showed us lots of options, it made us both feel really helped.
