    I had one of the best shopping experiences ever thanks to Santiago at Armani Exchange. From the moment I walked in, his energy was on another level — professional, confident, and genuinely welcoming without being pushy. Santiago knows fashion. Like really knows it. He didn’t just try to sell me clothes — he actually understood my style, made smart suggestions, and helped me put together outfits I wouldn’t have even thought of myself. Every recommendation felt intentional, not random. What stood out the most was his attention to detail. Fit, color coordination, vibe — he nailed everything. He was patient, honest, and made sure I walked out feeling confident, not just “sold to.” You can tell he takes pride in what he does, and it shows. If you’re going to Armani Exchange, do yourself a favor and ask for Santiago. That guy turns a simple shopping trip into a full experience. 10/10 service. Easily the best.

    I bought sunglasses from this store a few months ago, and unfortunately, one of the screws became loose and one lens came out. Today, I went back to the store and showed the sunglasses to the staff member named Santi. Without asking many questions—just for the receipt—he kindly offered me an exchange. His customer service was excellent, and he showed genuine care for customers. I truly appreciate Santi for his help and professionalism. Highly recommended!

    I've over the years spent close to $5k in their downtown and metrotown location. Never had a problem. But the first time I needed to do a return, I experienced perhaps the worst customer service from a fashion store. I bought a jacket on a Saturday. Noticed some very slight discoloration behind the neck area. So I decided to return it. Total time trying on the jacket is maybe 1-2 hours. The store clerk took one look at the jacket and within a few seconds declared that it is in "non-resalable" condition. She pointed out that there are lint and hair on the neck and waist band area. I politely point back that it's a black jacket and it simply existing anywhere would attract and show lint/dust/hair. Those will come off very easily, and I even offer to use a tape or lint roller to remove those for them on the spot. Upon hear this, the store clerk paused, looked at the jacket again, and pointed out that the jacket now "has a smell" so it's still in "non-resalable" condition. This is even more ridiculous than the first reason. It's been 1 wear and few days since I bought it. The jacket still has the tag on. And most importantly, the entire store and everything in it smelled like the brand's own fragrance. So THE JACKET WAS SOLD SMELLING LIKE THE STORE FRAGRANCE. How do you expect the jacket to be odor free if it was sold with smell on it? It became abundantly clear that they will just find any tiny reasons to deny a return at this point. So I left and initiated a chargeback on my cc. So now the store lost the jacket, the money, and they will need to spend more paid working hours dealing with the CC company. So my advice? DO NOT buy anything from this store. If you absolute need to, maker sure you use a CC that will stand by your side in case of a dispute, because chances are they will deny your return.     Visited Armani Exchange at Metrotown today and honestly had one of the best customer experiences ever. Preet assisted me with so much kindness, patience, and such a genuine smile. People like her make customers want to come back. Truly appreciated!
