  The Outdoors person’s candy shop! Friendly, knowledgeable staff, everything you would need out there for all outdoor activities, plus the best of the best for selection of firearms and ammunition for all budgets. If you haven’t been to one of these stores, the Tsawwassen store is exceptional for appearance, just go in for inspiration for your next adventure , happy hunting!

  Outstanding Service & Great Help from Harshit I recently went to purchase a gun, and I must say the experience was excellent, all thanks to Harshit. He was extremely professional, patient, and very knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions without any rush, and made sure I was fully comfortable with the process. Harshit went above and beyond to help me choose the right option and ensured everything was handled smoothly and legally. His attitude, honesty, and customer service were truly top-class.   Date 8jan Visited the Bass Pro Shops gun counter and had an extremely disappointing experience. My friend and I were interested in purchasing a firearm priced around $1,500, yet multiple employees were present and completely ignored us for over 30 minutes. The department was not busy, staff were walking around freely, and no one acknowledged us despite clear attempts to ask for help. We felt judged and dismissed, possibly based on assumptions about who we were. In the end, we left without buying the firearm and received no guidance even when purchasing ammunition. Very poor customer service and unacceptable behavior. Date - 14 jan After leaving a detailed review about being ignored at the gun counter, both my friend and I received the exact same copy-paste response. No accountability, no explanation, no real follow-up—just a generic message sent to everyone. This confirms our original experience: Bass Pro Shops does not take customer concerns seriously. Ignoring customers in-store and then responding with automated replies online is unacceptable. Very disappointing.
