  This Store has it all... hunting and Firearms Dept. staff are amazing and Tara in Camping Department is so incredibly knowledgeable about everything... could spend hours shopping here!! Love my visits to Bass Pro Abby!!! 😄

  I had an amazing experience with Terry! He helped me with everything I needed for smoking meat and making sausages and cabanos, and I couldn’t have asked for better service. Terry is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely a great person to deal with. He took the time to explain everything, gave me expert tips, recommended the right products, and made sure I was getting the best deals. He guided me step by step, not just on what to buy, but also how to actually use everything for cooking. It’s rare to find someone so helpful and passionate about what they do.   Awesome shop. Helpful staff. Great prices. Josh I think the young man's name was in the fishing section was very helpful trying to hook me up with a great baitcasting set up for bass at Cultus. He took lots of time showing me lots of choices. He seemed to know his stuff. Thanks man! I'll add photos of the fish I catch with it once I get on the water.

  I never - ever write reviews but I have to share . If I could give 0 stars I would. I’ll try to make this the Cole’s notes version. In Dec/25 I ordered $260 boots online for my husband, for x-mas in a size 9. I received a size 8. Not a big deal, mistakes happen. I called and they kindly sent me a fed ex return label to ship the 8’s back & promised a size 9 be sent right away. I got a new pair - went to wrap them and they are another size 8 & now I don’t have a x-mas gift. I called they said they would send me a size 9 AGAIN (!!) … but I could wrap the size 8 for the tree & I said I’d make my 1 hour drive to Cabellas after X-mas to return in person. After X-mas I received another SIZE 8! ( now I have 2 size 8 in my home and one size 8 I already shipped back ). So we gave up on wanting the size 9 after 3 failed deliveries. We went in store on our time and handed them the 2 size 8 boots and asked for my refund for just the one pair I actually had paid for initially. She processed one pair and refunded my card. Then she processed the 2nd pair and handed me the machine to refund me that pair too. I said, “ no, you only owed me for one “ and refused the extra $ the lady at the counter was going to give me. Although I kinda regret it , cause this has been a nightmare. Off I go. Dealt with. Well, March /26 comes around and I get an email that I am being charged $260 for a pair of boots that were never returned! I sent one pair back Fed-ex and brought the other 2 to their store! Now I had to get on a 20 minute phone call and plead my case to their representative. I am not even mentioning in this review the other calls I had to make, wait times, re explaining myself , little lone my time and gas for a 2 hour round trip on my holidays. All this by purchasing 1 pair of boots as a Christmas gift. Out of this entire situation, I was given a 20% code on my next order ! LOL. That was my compensation. I would really have liked to receive a little more because this entire experience was truly unbelievable. There is my long winded review. If you read it to the end for my entertainment, throw it a thumbs up 👍🏻. Take my advice - do not order online from this company. PS : I still don’t have a gift for my husband.
