- ELElianna LiraAug 31, 20251.0I went in there the other day to return some glasses and I was told by THE manager to come back another day because apparently the manager “wasn’t in that day” I’ve been a loyal customer at sunglass hut for years and I’ve know Diana doesn’t work there anymore and George is their new manager, if you guys need to return some glasses and get told BY GEORGE, THE MANAGER, to come back another day please inform him he’s the manager! I think he might’ve forgotten. On top of that horrible service, I’ve been in there a few more times after that incident, and he’s incredibly rude to the girls, the store is absolutely filthy, and he knows NOTHING about glasses. Super disappointed in the condition of the store, will no longer be buying from this location and I will be contacting HR.

It’s a shame to have someone working at a place like that. She seems to care more about getting a paycheck than actually doing her job. . I am surprised she has been there for this long. Horrible customer service.
