Ordered two specialty tires for implement. The tires showed in stock and the Sportsman Warehouse charge our account for over $500. The tracking showed the packages waiting to be shipped. Two weeks went past and the estimated shipping date as well. After several calls and emails no response. Then out of the blue we received a communication stating the product was not available and the order was abruptly cancelled. The money took another week to be credited. So bottom line they sold a product that didn’t exist, took money from us for a month, then nothing in return except loss of interest on the cash. Sad. One star too much. And please no thank you for your canned response that means nothing. You guys need new management.

First time and the customer service was super helpful and very nice. They had a great selection of what I needed but in the wrong size. We needed longer paddles being so tall for stand up paddle boarding. Seems to be a good place though for sporting goods though.

I went there on Black Friday. It was busy. I waited in line for about 10 minutes and when I finally made it to the register, the cashier said she had to go help someone waiting at the service desk because they had been waiting for a long time. A few minutes went by and it was obvious that she wasn't coming back. Our whole line moved over to the only other register open, where I waited another 15 minutes. The couple behind me dropped their stuff and stormed out of the building muttering something about, "how can you only have 1 register open on Black Friday?" after I checked out I asked to speak with the manager, which was a mistake. The cashier had to page the manager 4 times and I ended up waiting for another 10 minutes. By that point I was already over it. I told the manager what happened and pointed to the line that now went to the back of the store. That cashier did the intelligent thing that the other girl should have done originally and paged another person to open the register up. To summarize.. There wasn't a terribly bad line, especially for a Black Friday. A cashier abandoned her register instead of paging another associate and went to the service desk. This angered everyone in her line and doubled the line at the other register with angry customers. Someone else was paged and opened the first register back up, but not before a line formed that ran all the way to the back of the store. Next time you are at a store and see a super long line, remember that it only takes 1 dumb employee to cause chaos and make 20 people not want to shop at that store again.
