- KOKat OlesonSep 6, 20233.0I was presented with paperwork that did NOT say what I was told by Lifesafer. They told me to watch a video on my phone of how to operate the interlock. I was told that I would be shown by the people installing it would show me. They wanted more money than what I was told. Finally that money problem was taken care of. Then they said I had to come in every month when I told them it was supposed to be once every 85 days they finally got that resolved. There should be better communication between Lifesafer & the garage that is doing the installation. The man who installed the interlock finally spent a couple minutes showing me what to do with the blower. I’ve never been so frustrated .
