But it is not what you say....but how you say it. She was dismisive, rude and arrogant. I have bought so many pieces there but never again. I'll just buy online going forward. So disiapointed. Did not catch her name but was at La Encantada in Tucson, AZ. Sunday May 23rd at noon. Whoever owns this location please dismiss this toxic girl.
