- ULUp 2 Par by LETYApr 5, 20261.0Do Not Buy Jewelry with JCPenny. I bought a ring and paid extra for the protection plan. It is supposed to be a LIFETIME WARRANTY. Their LIFETIME WARRANTY is the duration of time that they say not the DURATION of YOUR LIFE! I purchased a ring for $258. The gold rubbed off and the diamond fell out. They replaced it. it Took 8 weeks to get it back. I took the ring back again because the GOLD rubbed off again, only this time they would not repair it. I was told that it was flawed. I had bent the ring while wearing it. I was told that I could get a credit for the ring, not get my money back. They doubled the price of the ring meaning I would have to put $250 MORE dollars with the store credit to get the exact same ring. DO NOT BUY with them and DEFINITELY, Do NOT spend extra for the protection plan. It will not protect the merchandise. The jewelry is coated with God and is not solid and they will not keep redipping it. I have only had my ring ONE YEAR.

- CMCourtney MorrowFeb 16, 20261.0I do not recommend buying jewelry from here. My husband bought me a new diamond ring and he bought the protection plan with it. I needed it resized from a size 7 to a 6, I dropped it off on December 25th 2025 and it’s February 16th it has been 8 weeks. I called last week’s and was told it would be in today and guess what it isn’t. Don’t get me wrong my ring is gorgeous but do not buy the protection plan and let these people fix or resize your ring you are better off paying out of pocket, I wish I did.
