Keana was rude and it felt like we were bothering her when asking for assistance. We said please and thank you. And she had literally no response. Definitely need to work on hiring people with more basic social skills.
- TTThatPacificIslanderFeb 19, 20215.0I wanted to write this review because I feel that the three girls who were working on this day(2/19/21) at the Tucson Mall location deserve the recognition for their genuine desire to help and provide feedback on finding the right dress for my really good friend. The girls were extremely helpful in their suggestions and provided useful ideas to improve the overall look we were trying to go for. My friend was so happy with their genuine support for finding the best fit and having such amazingly good attitudes toward the process. It helped her feel very comfortable when normally it would be a tough thing for her to go through. I feel that not enough people like Martha, Cassandra, and Corrie get enough recognition for their dedication to actually wanting to help and put forth the effort—not just to customers, but to people! That’s so important! They treated us not as just everyday customers. We felt like we could actually hang out with people like them! Give them the recognition they deserve.
