- CCC CNov 28, 20251.0The developers who built this site were not very smart. Being right off the freeway and having absolutely no exits throughout the plaza is the most incompetent decision. Especially during holidays, you’re literally fighting traffic to leave and enter the plaza. By far, the most congested plaza I’ve ever been in. Then way at the back of the plaza, it’s completely empty! Stores can be built anywhere and people will shop. It’s the layout that will make it the best place TO shop. Might as well knock it all down and start all over. Traffic there is disgustingly bad.
