Louisa, who assisted me, exemplified everything you'd want in customer service. She was impeccably dressed, polite, and thoroughly professional throughout our interaction. What really stood out was how attentively she listened to my concerns about my previous purchase - no rushing, no dismissive responses, just genuine engagement with the issue I was experiencing. She took the time to provide thoughtful solutions rather than brushing off my concern as an old sale. We drove 40 minutes only to arrive and find the store closed when they should be open. Another customer had left a note by the door showing their frustration as well. There was no note saying why they were closed.
