  Came in to buy either the Meta 2 or the Oakley smart glasses. Ths sales woman who in which i was hoping would simply break down and give me some information on functionality and differences such as battery life and the OS really struggled to answer both my questions for which I thought we very black and white..... She also treated me like a problem so i just left without purchasing what I was really looking forward to having. Not what someone should make a customer feel like when they are considering dropping 500 dollars. That was definitely a missed sale for your location. I never got her name but she is working right now at the time of this review. She's quite ornery and repulsive if that helps identifying her. Cheers.

  I tried to return some sunglasses that I’d purchased on February 5. I was told I’d scratched the lenses when they were cleaned even though I’d never cleaned the lens. The store clerk had cleaned them after I’d purchased them. My purchase price was not returned.

  I visited Sunglass Hut during my stay in Arizona in September 2025. What really stood out to me was the friendly and respectful treatment I received as a veteran. The service was attentive, professional, and pleasantly low-key exactly how it should be. You can tell when appreciation is genuine. I truly felt welcome in this store. Thank you to the team at Sunglass Hut for this positive experience. Greetings from Germany ,I will definitely be back again this year.

  Worst experience at the Sunglass Hut this location in the Marana Premium Outlets in Marana, Arizona. The incident involved the store manager, Lindsey, and occurred 11/23/25 at 6:30pm when I attempted to return or exchange a pair of Oakley Meta (which are 500 dollars) sunglasses with my return window in the original packaging. When I brought the glasses in, I explained that the reason for my return was due to connectivity issues during phone calls, which is a functional issue—not a result of damage or misuse. The sunglasses have been well cared for, kept in their case at all times, and have never been dropped. However, the manager, Lindsey, inspected them and insisted that they were “scratched” and “dropped,” and therefore she claimed they were in “poor condition.” This was not true—the glasses are not scratched, were never dropped, and the condition is normal for lightly worn sunglasses. Despite calmly explaining this, she refused to offer a refund or exchange and repeatedly insisted that the damage was caused by me, which was both incorrect and dismissive. The interaction felt unprofessional and accusatory, and I left the store feeling frustrated and disrespected. I would have been ok if she requested it in a different way but she shut me down and raised her voice I have ever had such an awful customer interaction before. I am requesting that corporate review this situation, as the manager’s handling of the exchange was inappropriate, insulting and based on inaccurate assumptions.
