I called the office.. the staff there was very helpful but the customer service is the worst I’ve came across… first they said they would refund my money. I called back 3 days later because I DIDNT get the money and the guy on there said I’d be getting a $200 “credit” and said they’re unable to give any refunds instead of getting my money back ?? If they can steal everyone’s money, they can definitely give it back… I’m sure I will be getting more fines in the future for something that ISNT my fault. Not to mention I was on hold for 35 mins until someone picked up.. BOTH TIMES.. It truly is a SCAM… DONT GO HERE… I never feel the need to leave reviews but I had a strong urge to do so with this place… that should tell you something…
