I thought the Scottsdale ladies would judge me or be unsupportive — but they were fabulous and multiple employees in the store were cheering me on as I tried on jeans. And then I visited my home store in Tucson. And every time I’ve been in this store, the people are rude and snooty and absolutely unhelpful. It’s so disappointing every time I visit this location. It’s been years of this experience and I’m writing this review now because I just walked out of *another* experience there that felt so weird and condescending and discouraging. I would expect these experiences from the Scottsdale store, but never from a store in Tucson. I’m someone who will easily brush off experiences and give folks the benefit of the doubt…. But why is your staff consistently snooty and rude?
