Despite bystanders trying to help by saying not to go through with the transaction, the woman insisted. When the system prompted for the man to put his personal information in, she completely took over the POS machine and put JCP’s phone number as person of contact. This is clearly elderly financial exploitation and unethical credit solicitation. This is absolutely wrong of your company and I could only imagine how many more victims are out there at this point.
