I asked the cashier if she could look up my receipt because I put it under my loyalty account and used my credit card. She asked for my id and started doing something on the register. I looked down at the key pad and it said $20. I asked her what this was and she said when you don’t have a receipt this is all you get. I said to her that I asked you to look up my receipt. She asked for my Id again and then said when you don’t have a receipt you going to only get the lowest price. She said she couldn’t do anything else for me. I took my shoes and left, then called the other location which told me YES they can look up my receipt with just my phone number. This store is a JOKE!!!!!
- BRBritney RochaDec 11, 20251.0I got called for an interview and we set it up for the next day at 1pm and I show up early and everyone in the store was so rude and looked at me like I shouldn't be there and it was 1:10 when someone talked to me and said the Manager I had an interview with isn't there and they called in sick and I didn't get a call or text or email I was told to come back at 5pm and she might be back.. i called before going back at 5pm and of course she wasn't there.. i left my name and number with the operator and I haven't heard back from them since... It was very unprofessional and like lots of red flags.. like they're not really interested in me because I'm tall beautiful women and once they heard my resume it was like oh come and sit and talk to us and again the person I had an interview with didn't call or email or anything to say the interview needs to be moved or anything.. this was on the 9th of December 2025
