My local store didn't have it, but the store a couple hours away in Tucson did have it. I think it may have been the last one available. I called the store and spoke to the store manager, Shelby Miller. She was incredible to work with! Her customer service was second to none. She worked with me to purchase the charm and shipped it to me in a timely manner. She also followed up. Her communication skills, attention to detail, problem solving to get it done and customer service approach was amazing. I highly recommend Gorjana and the Tucson store specifically!
