I live in Marana (work some months in North Carolina) and my husband and his family were celebrating in Tucson (foothills area) that Saturday afternoon. I had called this location around 1pm to see what the ETA was for the bouquet and balloon. The manager victor said it was with the driver and en route now. I said ok, just making sure as they’re leaving for dinner at 4:30pm. I get a call at nearly 6PM THAT EVENING for an attempted delivery. I was stunned because I had called FIVE HOURS PRIOR and they said it was on its way. At this point I’m annoyed, they’ve missed the whole day, and I tell them to just leave it at the door. (My husband a family were on the way back home). The driver says “Ok!” He does not leave it. At this point they’ve missed her birthday completely. Sunday rolls around, it’s nearly noon and still no bouquet has been delivered. I call and the manager has the nerve to yell at ME, exclaiming I put my phone number on the delivery and not the recipient. As if that has anything to do with their incompetence and not having my order delivered on time. He also mentions “I don’t know what’s going on in Arizona.” ….I live in Marana, and again, not understanding how that has anything to do with my order still not being delivered by this time. At this point I’m furious and call corporate. They promise me a fresh bouquet to be delivered that day. A pitiful looking bouquet, with soggy fruit and a smashed cupcake is delivered to my mother in law’s door Sunday afternoon. Absolutely terrible. Money wasted. Never again from this location. It’s not worth the hassle, or the price tag for terrible service and low quality product.
