- KJkirtlye jolleyAug 24, 20251.0The sad thing is this review is about the store manager. He has zero customer service skills. I went to the fitting room and said hello and how are you like a normal human and he just looked at me and said how many. No hello back nothing. I came out of the fitting room and handed them all the clothes that I had hung back up to be nice and he just took them without a word. I responded with a loud your welcome. The entire staff was huddled my the fitting rooms the whole time I was in the store talking. He was telling them about how he works his magic with the merchandising lol. Maybe he should start working some of that magic towards his customers by just being nice on a basic level. I asked the cashier if she could provide a customer service number so I could let the district manager know how their manager treats customers and she just said “I don’t know” I worked in retail for 18 years and was a store manager, I feel sorry for these young kids with leaders like this that set these kinds of examples for their employees. I wanted to buy something but the vibe was so unwelcoming in that store so I left.
- AAApple AppleMay 22, 20251.0I wouldn’t even give this store 1 star however I need to in order to write a review. I would not recommend this store to anyone. I love AE but this was a terrible experience. I went to the dressing room to try on a pair of jeans and I Rang the little door bell, no one came. So I peaked out a few times and finally the lady who was working asked me if I needed anything and I told her yes that I would like a size down and the lady said sure (with an attitude) but never returned and when I finally got tired of waiting for so long I decided to look and she was still standing in the same place. So I decided to just go find the pair of jeans I needed which the pair I needed was on a rack (right across) that you could see from the dressing room. I went to grab them real quick and go back to try them on and she said I then had to wait in line that apparently had formed. So I just left. It’s one thing to be incompetent but please do not be rude to your customers. This was on May, 17th.
