Manager is rude and acts like the dictator of the store, setting up rules according to her pleasure and zero customer service. I spent around $1,000, if I had option to go somewhere else, after spending all that time in choosing and trying, I would have left everything but it was Christmas. HQ must send a mystry shopper or act directly to make this store, the quality that Alo represent.
