Pay extra for same day delivery just to be told they can’t deliver same day because the driver doesn’t want to go back out. REMINDER.....you’re in the service industry and that’s why you charge extra for convenience. “Manager” was quick to refund my $110 order instead of trying to make it right. It’s 1 in the afternoon, still 6 hrs of daylight left. And their remedy is to deliver tomorrow when it’s not my Mom’s birthday.
