I have been a long client and spend hundreds of dollars and I first time calling due to a very unprofessional look of expensive flowers. I called to get it remade and or half refunded. I been a long client. And how to make it right. Sarah was Extremely unprofessional. They never asked how we can make it right and or seem empathetic especially for a birthday . Its like it came off. Shut up and deal with it. And i even emailed the flowers to show . And she was very rude and I would Strongly say spend money else where . Any business should show customer service and understanding. especially for loyal client. They will never get my business back. Id rather spend 250 elsewhere even if its expensive. If customer service is nice. Anyone on here let me know where to go ! Becuase this is zero customer service
