  Staff is incredibly rude. I was invited to their private event 3/29. Showed up 10min after it was supposed to start, after waiting for staff to finally notice me she came and opened the door to straight attack us with “you can’t be taking pictures or video” not even a greeting after YOU are late to your event. After mentioning i was wondering if the event was still gonna take place, she said yes that they weren’t ready with attitude and closed the door on us. After we came back 10min later, a lady was leaving the store and i asked if it was ready yet and she said yes but out of her mouth “but the staff is really rude and I can’t even look at the time on my phone without them accusing me of taking pictures.” She said she drove hours to this invite only event and they just told her to come back Tuesday if she didn’t like it. Like just wow. We didn’t buy anything. We love this brand but this specific location needs to do something about their rude employees.

  Staff are very pushy where you can’t shop in peace. They get attitude when you don’t accept their help and let them know you’re just looking around. The atmosphere is tense and judgmental. The guy is so helpful but the girl at the cashier is horrible. I walked over to Lululemon after and it was a completely different atmosphere!

  Terrible experience with ALO. Returned an item in the store - they provided an online gift card credit. When I accessed it, the balance was ZERO. The staff were sympathetic but unable to help. This was THEIR ERROR. They referred me to customer service where I have been on hold after explaining my story and was disconnected after 40 minutes. I am so angry. They basically stole $310 from me.

  after spending over $600 here in less than a month. (I am a 5 month pregnant special needs mom who has little time to shop so I order pick up). I picked up a item. Keep in mind my husband and I do not smoke and the item reeked of smoke, went to return it and they refused it because IT SMELLED yeah that's why I'm returning it. I'VE HAD THE SAME ISSUE AT FREE PEOPLE ACROSS THE WAY. whomever is smoking on their breaks needs to do so not near the back entrances where the storage rooms are (I've worked at malls). I took it back to Scottsdale and explained they took it back no problem! I'd drive 2 hours to shop there any day over this location. AVOID AVOID AVOID. ps. do the employees wear the clothes, there is no way a min wage working person could afford to buy that many alo outfits. Are they gifted? otherwise that might explain the stench.
