  We shopped here on Sunday March 29th. My daughter tried on 15 dresses. One girl very nice was working the dressing room sweeping and putting dresses away. At the very end of our dresses my daughter says she is almost done and wants me to take all the ‘no’s’ from her so she can decide on 1 of 3. As i was standing waiting for them a new dressing room attendant ( black girl, black short hair, wearing a black dress) demanded I leave the dressing room as they have a store policy thats says you cant stand in the dressing room. I looked around for the posted policy or sign - there is nothing. I then told her its going to be probably 10 seconds for me to get the dresses from my daughter. She said ‘no the policy is in place so you dont block the hall from other people’. I pointed out all the dress-rooms were empty and we were literally the only ones in the whole area and I wasnt blocking anything being up against the wall. She rudely replies it doesn’t matter its store policy and went into the side room. As i finished my statement my daughter handed me all the dresses so we could leave. I definitely wasnt going to buy anything now. I also saw the first girl agin and told her I appreciated how nice she was. As we put the last dresses away the rude girl went over to her and vented loudly. So unprofessional and embarrassing. Not only that but makes the store liable if a policy is not posted but expected to be followed…. For example all sales final and no returns, crystal clear and easy to follow when you post that store policy. We went down the hall to Camilles wedding shop. Tried on 2 dresses. Did the same routine -daughter tries a dress and hands me the last one so I can hang it for her and keep things moving right outside her door. Not only did the dressing attendant thank me she encouraged me to stand wherever I wanted. Absolute professional and worth spending more money here.

  Such an amazing selection of glam/party outfits for teens. The manager at this store went above and beyond to assist me. I couldn’t be more grateful.

  VERY BAD customer service. The employees were very impolite and not willing to help. They have no regard for the costumers waiting in line to pay for 15 plus minutes. The costumers should be their first priority, but definitely are not. I work in retail and I would never treat costumers they way they do, especially if I’m trying to make a sale. Don’t expect good costumer service or nice employees.
