I live in Kenai AK and visited AZ and stopped by the AZ Mills store. We have one store in our area that sells Oakley and they are not good to work with. Niki remembered me from being from out of state, and gave me her cell phone to text frames and lenses. The Oakley website would not let me build what I wanted in Rx, but Niki was able to get me set up with exactly what I wanted.

She practices relationship-centered healthcare --- and shared decision-making; she heard of my unique challenges and contexts (corneal transplants x2) and was willing to be patient and work with me to find the best next steps. I returned to see her yesterday (3/10/26) to move forward with purchasing 2 pairs of prescription glasses and I am grateful. As long as she is at the Oakley Vault, I will keep on coming back. Next up: Meta AI glasses!!!!! Stay tuned :)
