- JGjennifer growMar 20, 20261.0I have been avoiding this store for a while because the service I get there has not usually been very nice. I was on this side of town this week and it was more convenient to come here. I tried returning 2 shirts to this location that I purchased in mid January. They refused to return them saying it was past the date. I asked if I could just have store credit. She refused, without hesitation. I asked her what was I supposed to do with these 2 shirts that they were still selling on the racks, she shrugged and said contact customer service. So I took the clothes to the Santan location (where they are always nice) and they returned them no problem and gave me store credit. It's ridiculous I had to drive to the other side of the city to do what the first girl should have done. However this is just an example of why I usually try to avoid this store.
