  Came here last Thursday for a work event that I needed to pass out gift cards for. I walked in there with 20 $200 gift cards ($4,000) and passed them out to customers that attended the quick presentation in store and then could shop. I had clients and work partners present, and everything was great until after I passed out the gift cards. I was trying on glasses with my work partners, who had asked me if the gift cards expired. Jelena took it upon herself to interject into my conversation and let them know it doesn’t expire, and that I was in the wrong for telling my customers that we did not have to use the gift cards that day. To be clear- I understand there is a commission aspect to the job, however we purchased a total of 30 $200 gift cards from the store leading up to the event, and I came with 20 so that I could disperse out the other 10 as incentives for my work partners at a later date. Jelena was extremely hostile and rude to me in front of my partners, asking me “how I would feel if someone said that to me.” She continued on and was being extremely rude and unprofessional to me in a public setting. She ensured that everyone that overheard her would not be returning to that location, let alone buying glasses from her. Most people DID use the gift cards that day, and there is absolutely no reason why she should have berated me in the store when I am not the event organizer or said anything that should upset her. I’m not going to lie to my clients and partners and tell them that they have to use it that day, because they don’t. They received the gift cards as an incentive for coming and as a thank you. She was extremely rude and I know for a fact I will never be returning to that location or purchasing a pair of sunglasses from her.

Her energy is contagious, and she made what could have been a quick errand into a fun, memorable adventure. I left not just with the ideal shades, but feeling confident and excited.   Lady and a guy discriminated me for being Mexican and not wanted to sell me some Prada glasses I was there with my daughter wanting to replace some that I broke and they kicked me out the store.

  I never leave reviews and have zero intent of ever trying to put any person or business down, but I have to address this. A month ago I came in to order new lenses for my sun glasses since one of them cracked and was told they would arrive in 10-15 days, after the 15 day mark I gave them a call just to get an update on the status of those lenses because I understand sometimes things get delayed but I was met with attitude and no answer to my question, and got the same attitude the second time I called which was about a week and a half after they were supposed to arrive. Today I was told they arrived and when I showed up the cashier, Jelena told me to "give her a second" so she could finish putting on her lipstick instead of greeting her customer. And then after all of the delays of course they did not even order the right lenses for my glasses, Jelena then made multiple comments putting down her fellow employee who placed my order and was newer. I asked for a refund and was granted that but was met with attitude the entire time I was there. Even though I got a refund, after waiting an entire month I still do not have wearable sun glasses and was not treated with any kindness whatsoever. I hope that things get better here and nobody else has a similar experience here or anywhere.

  Great Service. Clerk was knowledgeable, respectful, made eye contact and spoke clearly and concisely. He helped me decide on which glasses looked best on my face. Love my Costa's. Thanks
