- RBRon Bogner3 days ago4.0Ryan, the technician that installed the device is awesome! He was patient and could answer the questions that I had. I wish I knew more about how this device works though. I was never sent the instructional email and I am forced to figure it out myself. I’ve tried to call the 800 number a few times, but never reached an agent. Today is day 1. I am fearful that this is going to be a huge pain in the ass (supposed to be I guess) and there is no tech support. Wish me luck.
