    Came to store today at 8:48 am and it wasn't open. Hours are 8:00 am to 7:00 pm

    This store is horrible. We drove over 35 minutes to Tempe location for an order that was supposed to be ready by 11am. When we got there yesterday at 1, we were told are 300 dollar order was never sent to there store from corporate. Even though we were holding confirmation and pick location in our hands. To make matters worse at 7pm we received a notification our order was picked up! Picked up by who? We were told you never had our order. They will not answer their phone at all we left multiple messages. They have not returned money or acknowledge there horrible service at all.

    I received a lovely edible arrangement for Mother's Day and was initially very pleased; that is until I started eating it. It is true that it is edible(if you have strong teeth) but it was not at all enjoyable. The fruit was green and tasted terrible. I was very disappointed because I could not eat most of it. :(
