  Mall has a lot of attractions catered to kids which as a mom is fantastic, however do not count on going to eat at the food court if you are coming at opening. Although their times say they open at 10 on the mall website, that is far from the case. They start prep at 10 and do not open until closer to 11 whenever they decide they are ready with no actual set time. Came to the aquarium after a doctors appointment and even though my kids ate breakfast they asked for food at the food court which I did not see a problem to eat there because like I said their times say they open at 10 which is the time I got there. However they were all closed and my kids were upset and started crying. After I told them we would eat after the aquarium they calmed down however, it was very upsetting going with my children from stall to stall being told they are closed. If they open at 11 then that is the time that needs to be reflected on the mall's directory/website. Although I used it as a learning experience for my kids, chain stores that are required to open and close at certain times, should have those times properly reflected on their websites or else why bother posting them at all or should have disclaimer thats says subject to change.

  I forgot the name of the store selling the sea salt body scrub—it’s the one where they aggressively push samples on you as you walk by. I said I didn’t want one, but he kept giving them to me, so I finally said, “Fine, I’ll take it.” Then he wouldn’t let me leave and kept pushing the sea salt scrub and his hand cream on me. But he was acting really weird the whole time—he had this super arrogant attitude. I’ve never heard of this brand, and he looked at me like I was an idiot. Dude, this isn’t some big international brand, okay! If you’re going to try to sell something, the bare minimum is to respect people and be sincere. It shouldn’t feel like I’m begging you to buy your stuff. This guy’s attitude was incredibly off-putting. I said, “It’s okay, I don’t need it, thanks,” and he didn’t say a word—he just rolled his eyes at me… The store I wanted to go to was right there, but I didn’t even want to go in anymore. I just wanted to go home fast so I wouldn’t have to see him again. It was just so annoying. I’m never coming back here.

  I give 3 stars only because I have not been there in a long time. Took family to Bubble Planet first time and ... yeah it was okay not what I expected for the price plus they need to clean them VR headsets after each use THAT would be great! Other than it takes time to walk the whole Mall.. if toy have time and no restless kids to haul around lol. Will go again to have a better look things changed since I have been there.

  I road my mountain bike from home which is Gilbert this mall is quite on weekdays and I feel no danger at all…..I heard from people a lot of sex traffickers…. Probably at night out on the parking lot…..Especially On the weekends…other than that it was alright…. Stay safe everyone

  It's pretty good for a mall these days. It's clean. There's usually a decent amount of people there. Legoland and the Aquarium are awesome and Bubble Planet promises to be fun. The carousel is bright and fun, and the little train is so cute! And if all you're looking for is a place to stay cool whilst getting in your daily steps, it's perfect! The food court could use a little diversity, but what's on offer is tasty. And the attached Harkins theatre has IMAX! I recommend a visit!
