I saw a young lady putting purses on the Marc Jacob’s display and the reason I kept coming back to the display was how beautiful and easily shoppable displaying it. She showed me various purses and gave me recommendations for what I was asking. I finally decided on a bag and she took care of everything for me.

I was asked if I would like to join the Nordy club and save 5% on purchases. I asked if it was a credit card and the lady said no. I started the process and quickly realized that it was in fact a credit card. They must be getting paid to trick people into Nordstrom credit cards. We walked out and left our purchase. Shame on you Nordstrom! I can't believe that lady lied to my face. It was not a misunderstanding she was lying on purpose to deceive us. I have reported you to the better business bureau and will be filing a fraud claim with the attorney general.
