She asked all the right questions about my event, offered creative suggestions, and walked me through options I didn’t even know existed. Her knowledge about colors, styles, and balloon arrangements is seriously impressive. What stood out most was her attention to detail. Stevie crafted my balloon setup with so much care and precision that it turned out even more beautiful than I imagined. Special thanks to Lucas for showing me the various options available to put together a special birthday package decor. He was kind, helpful, great listener, and provided excellent suggestions and feedback. He ensured the balloon displayed was properly filled. I was able to use the sturdy, vinyl tablecloth to decorate a styrofoam cooler to match perfectly with the balloons. Thanks again, Lucas and the Party Planet Superstore!

She said she asked me if I was sure but she didn’t because I was too busy still making my decision. Once I found the balloons she told me I would still have to pay for the one she blew up. How does this work for business when customers rather walk out then have to buy something they don’t want.
