  Spoke to the manager of the store before I ordered to make sure they will deliver that day to my mom that is in the hospital. She said yes they would but would have to leave at the front desk because they don’t go to patients room. Later that day I received an email that they attempted to deliver. I called the store up and asked how this is possible because it’s a hospital. Kalen stated that no one answered the door. I again said it’s a hospital. There is always someone at the front desk. They never called my mom’s phone either. I offered for my dad to come down and pick up the arrangement from the front. He called the delivery driver and she had to make a couple more deliveries but guaranteed me that they would call my dad and meet him. My father waited around until 7:45 and no one contacted him. He even spoke to the front desk and no one ever stopped by. As of this morning no delivery so I spoke to them this morning asking what the situation occurred on why they lied and never made the delivery. I now was told from the manager (she wouldn’t give me her name) that they don’t do drop offs at the front desk. I ended cancelling my order and will never go through with edible arrangements again. Horrible service with this particular store.

  I’m extremely disappointed with my recent order. I paid $64 for a birthday arrangement for my mom (no vase either), and what was delivered looked nothing like what was advertised online. The arrangement I ordered was full, colorful, and included a dessert. What arrived was a few basic red roses and a tiny 2 bite cake on the side. It honestly looked like something I could have picked up at Walmart for $10. For the price I paid, I expected a professionally arranged bouquet that resembled the photo and felt special for her birthday. Instead, it felt thrown together and nowhere near the value of $64. I understand substitutions can happen, but this wasn’t even close to comparable in size, variety, or presentation. Very disappointing experience and not what I expected for a birthday gift. I would not order from here again.

  My trust in this company has been lost unfortunately. I placed an order at 10:30am on 2/7 from their "one-hour delivery" availability filter. My confirmation email from my order even states " I you selected one-hour delivery, your order will be delivered within an hour from this email". Well fast forward to a hour and a half later, no delivery, my order tracker says "order received", and I have gotten no phone call from the store informing me why that my order would be late. So I called the store, and the person on the line tells me that "the one-hour delivery won't be possible since we are backed up and understaffed." I asked when will it be delivered because the receiptient had plans that day. She replied "I don't know, I dont have a time frame for you. Just at some point today." I told her that I paid EXTRA for the one hour delivery and asked if they could refund that money since the one hour delivery didnt happen. She said she would get her manager to refund me the money for the delivery. So she took my name and number down so that they could get a hold of me. I called the store later that day to get a status update on the delivery and the refund. No answer. Called twice more, no answer. The order was finally delivered a little after 4pm. I have called and sent messages on their website multiple times regarding the situation. I have still not heard back from anyone, and still never got a refund for the one-hour delivery.

  I placed two orders on Friday for a delivery on Valentine's Day and a delivery for today . Neither one has been delivered . I tried placing an order last year and it never got delivered and they refunded me . They should not advertise same day delivery when they can't even deliver the next day ! No one has even contacted me and I've sent customer service at least six messages ! This is the worst !

  There was no delivery confirmation provided, and the arrangement arrived incomplete. The bear that was supposed to be included was missing. When I called to ask about it, their response was simply, “We ran out.” No advance notice, no courtesy call, no email — nothing. I paid full price, and they knowingly sent out an incomplete arrangement without informing me beforehand. Customer service made things even worse. I waited on hold for over an hour each time I called — four separate calls. I was then told a bear would be delivered the next day, which made no sense considering they were “out of stock” the day of delivery. The following day, I called twice more and waited 45 minutes each time, only to be told they weren’t even sure what time the replacement bear would arrive. All of this happened after their delivery guarantee promise. What’s most frustrating is that they still charge customers full price, even when they know items are missing due to “no stock.” Very poor communication, poor service, and zero accountability. I would strongly advise others to stay away.
