  Called the store to check ETA, they didn’t have one. Called again to make sure it was out for delivery, since the tracking said it was at the store for 3 hours. They hung up on me. When I called again to finish the conversation, another person answered stating I called 10 times and to check the tracking, giving me no chance to explain the reason for my call, continuously cutting me off and yelling and then hung up again. Now they are screening my calls. I will never order from Edible Arrangements again. Absolutely terrible customer service with no phone manners for simple questions regarding my order

  DON’T BUY HERE THEY WILL NOT DELIVER TO YOU THEY WILL ACTUALLY MISS THE DATE AND THEN NOT REFUND UNTIL YOU ASK YOUR BANK TO DISPUTE AND THEN THEY WILL KEEP THE TIP AMOUNT THAT YOU ADDED EVEN THOUGH THEY DIDN’T MAKE ANYTHING OR SEND YOU ANYTHING THEY ARE A COMPLETE SCAM

  Driver, Bill, went above and beyond making sure a delivery got to my friends new home even when I mistakenly ordered it for the wrong day. Store manager I spoke to was also very helpful. Thanks for making the extra effort.

  Ordered for pick up at 9:30AM. Walked in at 9:25AM. They said they didn’t see the order. Waited until 9:48 for it to be ready. It was a birthday gift. Didn’t have a birthday message an also had Happy Anniversary with a Happy Birthday balloon. Threw me off my schedule so I missed my friend who I was taking it too because she went into a meeting. I will say the lady was nice but this was disappointing.

  Spoke to the manager of the store before I ordered to make sure they will deliver that day to my mom that is in the hospital. She said yes they would but would have to leave at the front desk because they don’t go to patients room. Later that day I received an email that they attempted to deliver. I called the store up and asked how this is possible because it’s a hospital. Kalen stated that no one answered the door. I again said it’s a hospital. There is always someone at the front desk. They never called my mom’s phone either. I offered for my dad to come down and pick up the arrangement from the front. He called the delivery driver and she had to make a couple more deliveries but guaranteed me that they would call my dad and meet him. My father waited around until 7:45 and no one contacted him. He even spoke to the front desk and no one ever stopped by. As of this morning no delivery so I spoke to them this morning asking what the situation occurred on why they lied and never made the delivery. I now was told from the manager (she wouldn’t give me her name) that they don’t do drop offs at the front desk. I ended cancelling my order and will never go through with edible arrangements again. Horrible service with this particular store.
