- DHDarius Helton5 days ago5.0*Update I called sportsman's for a fourth time a the manager Taylor answered. She is AWESOME!!! I called 30-40ish minutes before closing and she still checked in on my orders which had just arrived! The next day she helped me get my iteam's checked in so that I could pick them up! One of my orders came in earlier than expected by a wide margin! TAYLOR IS AWESOME!!!!! Just because of her I am giving them 5 stars! Terrible customer service.....I called 3 times until someone answered just to ask one question and get immediately hung up on. If I could make it zero stars I would. Judging by a quick look at other reviews apparently this is an on going issue that they are not willing to fix.
