  The guy literally forgot about the 25% when I heard him talking to a customer that it’s buy one get one 50% off and if you get one it’s 25% so I told him about my 25% and he apologized however they should treat everyone equally glad I said something otherwise I would’ve got the deal

  Purchased over a $600+ sale at another location, went in to return only 1/4 pair I had purchased and Stefanie kept telling me I needed a receipt when she wrote the transaction number on a paper along with everything she needed? She lied!! I said okay let me call the other location and have them send it to me. They let me know it was not true she couldn’t return that it was due to sales being low but to not leave until Stefanie did it. I got off the phone and guess what Stefanie returned my money but she did it SO UPSET. So RUDE!!! This was the Sun Glass Hut by Sephora. Never again will I walk in there.

  If I could leave a negative star review on this I would!! Wow! Wife bought $200 pair of Ray Bans and was told that she had 60 days to wear to determine if she liked them. Went to return after 20 days and they refuse to return because they’ve been worn. ??? Manager and store worker immediately start polishing lenses to find any little deficiencies they could come up with. After a while they found “scratches” that only they could see. Offered to cover %50 toward another pair so I could waste another $100 with this garbage company. Lesson learned. I’ll be taking my $ somewhere else next time and be sure to spread the word to friends and family!! UPDATE: We contacted customer service after our awful experience and they were as supportive as could be. They connected us with their regional manager, Nathan, who took care of the whole situation. We returned them to the store and the person working there, Payton, was amazing during the return. He even cleaned my wife’s other pair of sunglasses while we processed the return! Would’ve been nice to have avoided this all together, but appreciated the help in the end.
