My issue today was the fact that I spent $245 on 2 long sleeve t-shirts (which itself is quasi-insane) and the young lady who rang me up stuffed both shirts in the bag as though she were tossing candy in a Halloween sack. Am I wrong in expecting some form of elevated service experience for the elevated prices? What happened to folding purchased items professionally at a bare minimum? It felt as though I was a number to quickly move through to keep the cash register clanging. I’d like to think the prices we pay aren’t just for overpriced shirts or sweatpants; but also for the experience.

Online quality promise was denied. I am very upset and frustrated as I recently got these leggings. Am I able to come in store to get a repair or exchang? The rip is by the seam. Thank you.
