    We have been loyal customers of Louis Vuitton for years and have purchased several items including handbags and jewelry. Unfortunately, our experiences at the **Louis Vuitton Scottsdale Fashion Square location have been extremely disappointing. Most recently, we made the 40-minute drive to Scottsdale Fashion Square because a bracelet my husband purchased for me broke and needed to be looked at. On the evening of April 14 around 7:15–7:30 PM, we were stopped at the door and told we would need to wait about 30 minutes outside just to enter the store. The strange part? There was no line outside and the store appeared nearly empty inside. This wasn’t the first time either — it was the third time this has happened to us at this location. We shop at Louis Vuitton stores in Las Vegas regularly and have never once been asked to stand outside and wait to enter. Customers are always welcomed in and allowed to browse while waiting for assistance. That’s what you would expect from a luxury brand. Being told to wait outside when the store is clearly not busy feels unnecessary and frankly unwelcoming. After multiple frustrating attempts just to get inside the store to address a repair on a product we purchased, it makes us seriously question whether we will continue shopping with Louis Vuitton. Luxury retail should make customers feel valued — not like they’re being kept outside the door.

    We had a really disappointing experience at this Louis Vuitton location today. My wife and I came in to look at a purse, and while we were browsing, an associate named Kisha abruptly interrupted us and told me someone could get the price if needed. I said that would be great and jokingly asked if I needed to wear gloves to touch the items. She said yes—but then immediately handled the same purse herself without gloves. The interaction felt inconsistent and honestly a bit rude. We ended up leaving shortly after. My wife already owns multiple LV bags, and we’ve always enjoyed the brand, but this experience really missed the mark. Customer service should match the level of the product.

    Was a busy place when we visited. The greeting team was great! Unfortunately, we seemed to be invisible to the SA during our visit. Waited a while for the one assigned to us to acknowledge our existence - never did. We were assigned to another who was very helpful. We sat by one of the coffee table waiting for our items to be wrapped. Another SA helping a couple of girls nearly bumped into my husband’s feet like he was in the way. As we were walking, one of Asian SA, who was cold and stand offish to us earlier when we asked where the bathroom was, was grinning from ear to ear and hugging a client who apparently made a bigger purchase. “She could definitely turn it on and off in an instant” 😏

    We visited Louis Vuitton Fashion Square for the first time and, unfortunately, it will likely be our last. A little context: my husband, our 20-year-old son, our daughter, and I waited in line and were eventually let in. After being seated, we waited about five minutes for our assigned associate. During that time, we noticed another group nearby being offered drinks and receiving attentive service while trying on items—despite walking away and not making a purchase. When our associate finally came over, the experience was completely different. We were casually but nicely dressed—no flashy logos, just how we prefer to present ourselves. He briefly asked what we were looking for, then walked away after my son mentioned the item he wanted to see. When he returned, he showed the item in a very disengaged way—almost sideways while standing behind him and my son was sitting down. I eventually guided my son to the counter so we could properly view it. It was clear we were being underestimated, as though we weren’t serious customers, which couldn’t have been further from the truth. If it weren’t for my son truly wanting that item, we would have walked out without hesitation and made our purchase somewhere else. Which we will next time. In contrast, we went into Tiffany & Co. Scottsdale Fashion Square, and the experience was completely different. My 15-year-old daughter was treated with kindness, respect, and genuine attention while shopping for a necklace. That’s how customer service should be—welcoming to everyone, regardless of appearance. Maybe next time, take a moment before judging customers based on what they’re wearing. You might miss the opportunity to provide a great experience to people who genuinely want to be returning customers. But that wont be us!!!
