- AUA Google UserJul 1, 20231.0Have been to NM Scottsdale Fashion Square at least three + times in last the year literally ready to purchase Zegna or Ferragamo men’s products I have seen online. Literally cannot get served. Ignored while associates talk to one another??? Ask for help and it’s an interruption of their time. As a result I have simply waited and purchased directly from both retailers in NY city where we live PT. In NYC the service levels at the exclusive brand stores are amazingly good (Scottsdale Ferragamo store excellent also excellent) and match the premium luxury experience you’d expect. Poorly managed NM. Go direct to Ferragamo or Zegna store.
