The staff at the front door entered my name and contact information and told us we would close at 5 pm. They also informed us that we would not be able to let you in if it passed 5 pm. However, their website shows the store will close at 6 pm. I was waiting to be called, but nobody contacted me, even though it was out of courtesy. They completely ignored my request and did not accommodate an alternative appointment day. I won't recommend this store.

After a terrible experience at Cartier for my parents' anniversary, coming here was a breath of fresh air. Everyone was incredibly friendly, and Sam, the salesman, was the best I've ever encountered. He went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction.
