  So I’m a big fan of the channel and I came visiting from Miami for work. I was super excited when I found out they had a store Phoenix, so I went out of my way to pass by it. I had had an incredible weekend in Sedona so I came straight from Sedona to Phoenix and I was in my hiking gear. Still wearing my Tudor Pelagos FXD cycling, but I clearly looked like I had been outdoors. So I went around the store, and I looked at every single salesperson that wasn’t busy I was looking at watching straight in the eye and said good afternoon. Not a single one of them asked me if I needed help or if I wanted to see anything. You know who gave me attention? The security guard lol. I want to be clear, I was not filthy or anything and I was wearing a $6,000 watch. Why I am leaving this review was because I was super stoked about going to a 1916 company store after an epic weekend climbing red rocks in Sedona ready to buy a watch. And the service I received was non existent. Mind you, salespeople would look at me straight in the eye and simple go sit down versus asking me if I needed help. Nice store. Subpar service.

  Buying my Rolex Wimbledon was an incredible experience from start to finish. Derek was exceptionally professional, respectful, and genuinely invested in helping me find the perfect watch.   I went into the mall with an interest in procuring a watch, on short notice, to commemorate a specific moment in my journey. My puppy and I walked into this establishment and we were graciously greeted by Adrianna and her colleagues. I had informed Adrianna of the brand I was interested in and she promptly led us to that section. I found the watch that I was looking for but not in the specific configuration that I desired, though they had a few different options ready to purchase right away. Adrianna offered to me that we could order it to my spec as an alternative option and still receive it in a timely fashion. After double checking the system and reviewing other locations inventory, we found exactly what I was looking for! She was able to order it for me right away, with over night shipping from another location, at no additional cost! Adrianna came in and saved a lot of time and energy, therefore making it a stress free purchase. Thank you for the amazing service! We'll come see you when I am ready for the next purchase!
