He seems disinterested in a new purchaser and doesn’t want to (or could care less) to explain the process. Unfortunate I’ve ran into him whenever I happen to swing by. That said, the girls on the other side were nice and answered my questions on Grand Seiko watches

I received a watch that dreams are made of 😳🤑 I did a trade-in and a wire transfer from my Canadian bank… Now all of this can definitely pose as quite the challenge, but Amy Baker went out of her way to make sure that everything went smoothly. Honestly, I could not be happier thank you guys so much and Amy you are the best‼️ we will be doing business in the future‼️

As someone fairly new to watches, I had a lot of questions, but Michelle was super patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind throughout the conversation. She walked me through everything with no pressure and made me feel completely comfortable. I’m already looking forward to working with her again in the future.
