Everyone was so nice and helpful! Even with the new “normal” they were very attentive. Bought a pair of Channel sunglasses from Neiman Marcus. They were crooked, took them back and the sales rep. Was rude as if I was asking for too much, I just wanted the glasses to be fixed, but she said they didn’t do that there and sent me to Lens Crafters to ask and if not fixable she’ll just return my money. It was so rude the way she stated this. I saw sunglass hut on the way to check with lens crafters. Anyways. I just think for $500 sunglasses there shouldn’t be anything wrong with them. Back at sunglass hut I asked if they could fix them, I was expecting to pay of course. Christian did such a good job! And wasn’t even charged, but he did said I could donate to an association to help needed kids get glasses. It is amazing how they do that. I would had return the sunglasses at Neiman Marcus and purchase at sunglass hut but they didn’t have that specific style. Anyway, next time to purchase glasses I’ll be here.
