I purchased a pair of Ray-Ban Metas and was explicitly told that if I bought the protection and coverage plan, I'd have 30 days to return them for a full refund on my card if they didn't work out or if I wasn't satisfied. That was made absolutely clear at the time of purchase. When I came back to return them, I was told that's not possible. Unbelievable. This is a blatant lie and completely unacceptable. The employees were left stuck in the middle -- confused and trying to follow what they were told -- so I don't blame them. But then I was told I'd need to come back when the manager was there to "see what they could do." Why is it suddenly my inconvenience to make extra trips just because the franchise can't honor its own promises? The real problem is this franchise's total lack of integrity and accountability. They mislead customers to make sales and then refuse to stand behind their word. This isn't a misunderstanding - it's deceptive business practice, plain and simple. The franchise owners should be ashamed of how this store operates. They're tarnishing the Sunglass Hut name by running things this way. I will never shop here again, and I'll make sure everyone I know hears about this scammy, dishonest
