Stacy, the advisor that helped us, could not have been nicer or more helpful! There was absolutely no pressure! We are so happy with the whole experience!!! Such a great company and family owned! Can never get anyone on the phone for customer service. Litterally spent an hour and 20 minutes on 2 different occasions. When you make a payment nothing is live, I can't find out till days later that my payment was processed. I can go to any website buy something pay instantly with debit but this td card service place makes you schedule a payment. Paid my bill in full the day before the deadline but due to the time zone and their slow horse and buggy system I'm gonna get screwed and pay all the additional interest. And I can't get no one on the phone and the website has no options for any help
