Jocelyn at YSL greeted us at the door and had hand sanitizer on hand prior to entering (totally understandable when you and others are touching handbags). I LOVED the customer service that I received at this store. Jocelyn took her time to show me every purse that I wanted to see. I never once felt rushed or as if my personal information wasn't taken seriously. What's was so sincere and kind is that Jocelyn reached out to me a week later to see if I was enjoying my handbag and if I had any questions or issues. Now that's customer service. Keep up the good work YSL.
