  “We’re at capacity.” There were literally two people in the store. I’ve never had that happen with any other luxury brand. Shop somewhere else. YSL is cooked

  As I stepped into the store, I immediately sensed a shift in the atmosphere. Two women shadowed me closely, peppering me with questions that felt more intrusive than helpful. Their persistent presence made it nearly impossible to browse the items at my own pace. Rather than feeling welcomed, I was struck by an overwhelming sense of being racially profiled, as if I didn't belong in that space. The experience left a sour taste in my mouth, and I decided then and there that I would not return to this store again.

  This review not about the store but about the brand, I bought my bag from Italy, and after few month the logo start to peel, I contacted ysl they said it is been less than year and I am qualified for free repair, they asked me to send it to Scottsdale location, they received August 18 and told me 6-8 week for repair, and then 8-12 weeks, and I called they push me to 12-16 weeks and finally they said 6-8 month, I was very disappointed with the service from ysl, I never had such a bad experience with any designer bag I have, I had to wait till January 27 until I got it, any respectful company should offer replacement and not let me wait all this time, never gonna buy from YSL ever.

  The store owner doesn't seem to care about bad reviews, so think before you buy the bag and if you exchange it, they'll take back the original purchase receipt and replace it with exchange receipt that doesn't show the tax, if that's okay with you？FINE. When asked for the original purchase receipt, the manager had the attitude that she thought she was an YSL boss. It is ridiculous. "GREAT" SERVICE, "GREATER" MANAGER.
