  Saint Laurent has always been my go to luxury brand. I have been working with Ryan Madiros here at Saint Laurent in Scottsdale Fashion for years and I can say he is not only very polite, but very helpful and educated in the product and style that I’m looking for. He is very attentive in following up with me on product that I’m interested in and goes above and beyond to find me items that would interest me based on previous purchases and my style. I love Saint Laurent and I highly recommend working with Ryan!

  Rude no hello or welcome was going to buy a bag then their dirty looks just blew the whole experience and we left they are there to help every customer not be on their phones and look down on everybody that walks in .

  “We’re at capacity.” There were literally two people in the store. I’ve never had that happen with any other luxury brand. Shop somewhere else. YSL is cooked

  I'm a collector of designer handbags and I was torn between purchasing a Prada and YSL handbag. Jocelyn at YSL greeted us at the door and had hand sanitizer on hand prior to entering (totally understandable when you and others are touching handbags). I LOVED the customer service that I received at this store. Jocelyn took her time to show me every purse that I wanted to see. I never once felt rushed or as if my personal information wasn't taken seriously. What's was so sincere and kind is that Jocelyn reached out to me a week later to see if I was enjoying my handbag and if I had any questions or issues. Now that's customer service. Keep up the good work YSL.
