  The staff was super welcoming and helped me with every question I had. I did not purchase anything but either way I felt very welcomed in. The store per usual is designed beautifully

  Lorena completely redefined my expectations of designer brand service. She was the opposite of the typical “stereotype” you might expect when shopping at a luxury store—genuinely warm, attentive, and incredibly helpful. I came in looking for a belt for my girlfriend, and she took the time to walk me through the different sizes and styles to make sure we got the perfect fit. When I thought the size might not be right, she went above and beyond—searching across the country to track down the correct size. That level of dedication and care is rare, and it made the whole experience outstanding. Prada is lucky to have her.

  The representative was very helpful and willing to support the customers. Also, the product is high quality and comes with an authenticity card, which I consider important. Lastly, you have 14 days to return, but you need a receipt and it needs to be in original condition.
