- MRMarc Robertson3 days ago1.0Horrible customer service. We Haven’t been here in a while since my family and I moved out state, we decided to give it shop while visiting the desert state. For my surprise, there’s too many men working in the woman’s shoe department. My wife felt very uncomfortable with the amount of men working there. There were a couple of them being very pushy with her, the Italian/Hispanic looking guy with curly Dark hair sort of bodybuild guy and the other guy Afghanistan looking guy, white skin and very dark hair with beard with ankle showing pants. Have more respect for woman. I’ll be reporting this situation to corporate.

This time around the associate was very friendly but they were out of the teddy bear and balloons (helium). That shows why the in store shopping is suffering so much nowadays, even the high end stores don’t make it an experience for you. I’ll not be visiting this location again. Online shopping it is!
