- MMMelissaNov 12, 20251.0Upon arrival and check in at what was supposed to be a more upscale hotel in the Scottsdale area, we were provided a room with zero key card access. After quite a lot of fuss at the front desk and being told new key cards could not be issued, maintenance was then dispatched to the door and he was finally able to open the door only to find that the room we were provided was already occupied, we readily observed just feet way from the open hotel room door another guests open suitcase full of their personal items! Back down to guest services we go to be offered an “upgraded” room (it was not) only to spend the night with intrusive, random noises every time the AC turned on, such a long and restless night only to end in a morning with too few towels. Clearly they have work to do to improve their guest experience and hopefully they do!
